Fun facts from the museum preparation phase
- Fan club volunteers kept their strength thanks to legendary Miro's goulash – in total 180 litres were consumed!
- Originally, it was considered that the exhibit descriptions would be written in a special foreign language – Miro's very own language of Drahovce,, which he uses to communicate all around the world (to some extent successfully). In the end, we decided to go with English after all – fans from all over the world would probably be confused, as they haven't yet mastered the basics of this interesting dialect. Although Miro is trying to spread the knowledge at the races as much as he can...
- Some of the artefacts waited for their moment for years - stored away in workshop of Petra's dad Igor. Before exposing them, we needed strong brushes to scrape off the grease.
- During her visit of the museum before the official opening, looking at the big picture of Jasná ski resort, Petra pointed with her finger to the exact place on the slope where she injured her knee. Ordinary picture therefore became one of the most personal memories in the exhibit.
